Listing requirements
Techvendor listed companies are approved for listing by the Steering Committee and must ...

Be headquartered in Australia and be more than 50 percent Australian owned,
Be a Private Company registered in Australia and in operation for at least 12 months,
Have at least one product or service discipline with a demonstrated customer/installation base,
Be committed to honest and equitable dealings with customers and partner organisations,
Have agreed to the terms and condition of the Techvendor site.

Listed companies may be members of industry bodies, networking groups or have other endorsements that may be included in the discription page(s). Techvendor will make efforts to confirm these credentials but does not take responsibility for their accuracy.

The listing decision of the Steering Committee is final and Techvendor does not hold itself out as a comprehensive index, selection is also related to capacity for cross company networking and shared development opportunity - some competing products and technologies may be excluded.

Complaints against member organisations
If you have a complaint against a member organisation that you have been unable to resolve by direct contact, please send an email to the Steering Committee of Techvendor detailing the nature of the complaint.

Techvendor will examine the complaint and if in the opinion of the Steering Committee, the complaint is both legitimate and significant, we will approach the member organisation on your behalf seeking resolution. If resolution is not achieved and the Steering Committee, at its absolute discretion, believes that the member organisation has not adequately met its requirement to be an honest and client focussed organisation, the member company will be delisted permanently or until the complaint is resolved.

Techvendor takes this responsibility seriously but will not act lightly. Techvendor communications with member organisations are confidential and Techvendor is not a mediator or negotiator and will not make legal comment in relation to any claim unless legally required to do so. Techvendor reserves the right to take legal action for false or malicious claims against member organisations.
